New Year's Eve Schedule
The only change to the schedule this week is that we will have two classes only on Saturday, December 31 - 8 and 9 AM. Last WOD of 2011!
Workout of the Day:
AMRAP in 7 minutes -
5 hang power cleans 155/105
5 burpees over bar
- rest -
5 sets of 1 split jerk + 1 rack jerk (behind neck) at 80% of max
