We've got a group of ladies who are doing fantastic on the Paleo Challenge...posting their food logs on our message board, asking questions and feeling great! Some of you are MIA already. Please reach out to me with your food logs, questions, etc. Only 20 more days to go with the detox. The results are going to be amazing!

- Rack jerk (behind the neck) 1-1-1-1-1
- Five rounds for time -
12 wall balls 20/14
12 toes to bar - Three 50-meter prowler pushes (25 m down and back on the high handles), use at least body weight - (no time, so we will make this up later in the week.)

Ahhh...hahaha!!!! This was SO much fun!!! I'm ready to give training all I've got, and start enjoying more races and challenges! Hopefully with some more fellow CrossFitters!! :)

Looks like everyone had a great time at the Warrior dash and beautiful weather! Congrats Michelle on obtaining your goal and nailing that rope climb! There was some rope climbing going on in the 9:30 am class, love the WOW warmup everyone is getting results! Also a congrats to Patrick with a 225lb pr today but a sad goodbye as today was his last day & he is relocating to Pt St Lucie, we will miss him!
