Paleo Super Bowl
Don't weigh yourself down with unhealthy party food. This Sunday, make a variety of Paleo treats to enjoy while you watch the big game. We plan on making rubbed ribs and wings, yuca fries and roasted vegetables.

Hey Wendy! What recipe do you follow for your ribs? Also, what kind of ribs do you buy (spare ribs or baby backs?)

Liz, I buy baby backs. You can get three big slabs at Sam's.

There is also a cocoa-cinnamon one that's awesome. I've got the recipe at the gym. Remind me to give it to you if you want it.
I don't use any sauce.
I rub them, put in pans and cover with foil and let cook on 250 for 3 hours. Then, I grill them on low heat for a few minutes each side, so they get that grill char on them.
